Belmont Heights double lot gets an “Outdoor Living” facelift. From disaster to Party People Pleaser!
When every inch counts in this neighborhood, having a double lot to accommodate a pool and patio is a real luxury. The house was built in 1930 and has had many, many variations to the yard performed. It was time to wipe the slate clean and bring it up to current times. We kept the period of the architecture in mind to make it feel like it fit, yet implemented many new technologies.
This was a very vast area to handle while keeping the budget in mind. The demolition alone went on for several weeks with a few hidden layers to be discovered.
We developed a Master Plan and stuck to it for the entire project. There were a few subtle changes that the owner initiated and approved, but we never lost sight of the big picture.
